Boutique Store Policy
RETURNS
eligible full-price items purchased in-store or via invoice may be returned for store credit only following if the parameters and time frames of our policies that are stated below. store credit is valid for one year from the day it is issued.
items purchased in-store are only eligible for return only if they are brought back within three days of purchase and in their original condition, tags attached, with no signs of wear or damage. once an item leaves our store, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur. however, we are more than happy to offer our best guidance on how to repair any damage that may occur.
all sale items are final sale.
items purchased via invoice and shipped out to the buyer are eligible for return under the same parameters listed above with the additional following terms.
for returns to be eligible, buyer must send an email to saintedgoods@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item with a brief description as to the reason for return. after 48 hours, item is no longer eligible for return.
once we receive your email, you will be sent a return UPS label. buyer is responsible for printing out the label and dropping off at a UPS location within 48 hours of receiving the label. if the item is shipped past the date specified within the return instruction email, it will no longer be eligible for return.
should an item be returned that is damaged in any way through any circumstanes, we will issue store credit via electronic gift card for the price of the item less all shipping, cleaning, and/or repair costs. if the item is deemed fully unrepairable, no store credit will be issued. we will ship item back to the buyer, who is responsible for paying all shipping costs should they want the item returned back to them.
the following items are final sale and NOT eligible for return:
• accessory items, including but not limited to: jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, eyewear
• decorative or household items
• furs
• footwear
• antique items
• any item sold at a discount
• Consignment item(s)
• Any personalized or custom made products.
any exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion on a case by case basis.
